Vintage scissors, and half a penny.

Hello and welcome everyone! I have had an amazing time finding things, which I have almost literally been stumbling across. Well the scissors and coin were found in the same patch in the back garden, whilst composting the soil...

But the other finds have been amazing, again through the woods of the Shires!

Still these two are no less in magnificence as the rest yet to be displayed and already displayed.

So on to the scissors, which at first glance look in quite good condition, but upon further inspection it can be seen that these are pretty old. Also the markings and style indicate a vintage time-frame.

And the last but not least magnificent find displayed here is the half penny first minted in early 79's, showing Her Majesty the Queen in a stern but elegant side profile.

P.s happy belated birthday to Her Majesty who still looks lovely and elegant :)

Lots more to come as finds come in fast and furious, and the land of U.K proves to be full of amazing finds and discoveries!

Please have a browse through all posts, and leave comments or suggestions and stay happy, everybody :)

God bless and take care!
